Looking to Hire Spanish Interpreters and Translators in Minnesota
Minnesota Translations is a translation and interpreting service based in Minneapolis with additional offices in St. Paul and Fargo – Moorhead. We provide translation and interpreting services to law offices, hospitals, medical and dental clinics, businesses in the hospitality and manufacturing industries as well as individuals throughout the state of Minnesota, Western Wisconsin and the Fargo area.
We are currently looking for professional interpreters and translators to work as independent contractors.
SPANISH INTERPRETER AND TRANSLATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide interpreting and/or translation services as an independent contractor
- Comply with the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC) Code of Ethics
- Dress and act professionally
- Complete and turn interpreting worksheets within 12 hours of appointment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish languages
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Medical or legal interpreter training preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma
- Preferably some college degree
